Additional Extension
On March 11, a Magnitude- 9.0 Earthquake and dreadful Tsunami, hit the north part of Japan causing a tremendous loss of lives, houses, and damaging countless of facilities and nuclear power plants. Even after days, many areas still suffer from aftershocks and radioactive contamination affecting all aspect of living. For the breakdown of the nuclear power plant, people living in east part of Japan are now taking a 3hours or even a day power rationing, which makes researchers/student hard to keep the work on schedule. Under such kind of plight, the organizing committee of OECC2011 decides to make an Additional Extension for papers submitted from researchers/students who live in JAPAN. The extension will be one week that is by 7th April. |
Notification
For those researchers/students who live in JAPAN, please submit your copyright transfer form and the draft of paper by using the template below before 31st March, 2011. |

When submitting the final version paper, please erase the remark on the head of draft template, and email to oecc2011@oecc2011.org before 7th April, 2011. The Secretariat of OECC 2011 will make the replacement. |
